A passionate and visionary clinical development leader, Brad brings more than two decades of experience spanning emerging biotech and global pharmaceutical companies. He founded PharmaMed Research in 2001 before co-founding InFocus Clinical Research in partnership with global leaders in retina research. Today, his vision shapes InFocus: deep retina expertise, exceptional people, and an uncompromising commitment to execution.

Matt combines extensive legal and business experience to oversee InFocus’s legal and contract matters. His background includes negotiating contracts with major companies, litigating complex disputes, and helping both start-ups and established organizations develop their businesses.
Lila brings more than 20 years of finance and business leadership experience. A Certified Public Accountant, she supports financial strategy, planning, and daily administration, strengthening the systems and processes that help InFocus serve its partners.
Cheryl brings more than 30 years of clinical research and development experience, with deep expertise in retinal disorders. Her background spans phase 1-4 studies, investigational sites, diagnostic equipment, sponsor management, and clinical study execution.
Laura is a former MHRA assessor and CHMP Expert with more than 15 years in medicines regulation. She brings CMC expertise and regulatory strategy experience supporting companies across product development in the EU and US.
Ken brings more than 30 years of experience across the US, Canada, and Europe. His expertise spans clinical data management, SAS programming, and electronic data capture, helping partners collect, clean, and report trial data efficiently.
Elizabeth brings two decades of experience in quality assurance, project management, and business development. She has supported global Phase 3 programs, scalable proposal processes, and strategic partnerships, connecting operational quality with clinical development and growth.
Larry leads medical monitoring, advisory boards, and therapeutic specialty training at InFocus. A retina specialist and founder of the Macula Society, he brings extensive clinical trial experience and scientific leadership to partner development programs.
Bryce leads clinical operations and operational strategy, aligning people, processes, and technology to support complex development programs. His team also develops InFocus’s RTI platform, connecting retina research site intelligence with informed clinical planning and execution.
